Where do you ship from?

We ship from Quezon City, Philippines. Carefully packaging each order to ensure your piece(s) arrive in pristine condition.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Estimated delivery times:

Domestic: 2–5 business days

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but once your package has been shipped, delivery times are out of our control. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us — we’ll work with the courier to resolve it as quickly as possible.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 14 days of delivery. All swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons, and the hygiene liner must remain intact.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Simply email us at halswimbiz@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and shipping details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we offer exchanges for different sizes or styles based on availability. If the item you’d like is unavailable, we can offer store credit or a refund (excluding shipping fees).

Are sale items returnable?

All items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, back to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

What materials do you use?

We use premium fabrics like shiny nylon-spandex for a sleek, sculpting fit. Our materials are chosen for both performance and elegance.

Are your swimsuits lined?

Yes, all our swimwear is fully lined to provide coverage, support, and a smooth finish — without compromising on style or comfort.

Do your swimsuits offer support?

Yes. Our designs are engineered to provide subtle shaping and support without bulky padding.

Are your swimsuits made sustainably?

We produce in small, intentional batches to reduce waste. Each piece is made with care, longevity, and ethical production in mind.

How should I care for my swimwear?

To keep your suit looking its best:

Hand wash only in cold water
Use mild detergent — no bleach or harsh soaps
Lay flat to dry in the shade
Avoid wringing, twisting, or machine drying
Rinse after swimming in chlorine or salt water

Can I machine wash my swimsuit?

We strongly recommend hand washing. Machine washing can damage delicate fabrics, elastic fibers, and finishes.

How do I store my swimwear?

Store flat or folded in a cool, dry place. Avoid storing damp, and keep away from direct sunlight to preserve color and fabric integrity.

Will the color fade over time?

With proper care, your swimwear will retain its richness. Avoid excessive sun exposure, sunscreen contact, and hot tubs, which can wear down fabric faster.

Can I wear it in hot tubs or spas?

While our swimwear is durable, we recommend avoiding hot tubs or heavily chlorinated pools to maintain the integrity of the fabric and finish.

How do I know which size to order?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements for bust, waist, and hips. We also include model measurements and the size they’re wearing for reference. If you’re unsure or between sizes, we’re happy to help — just reach out via our Contact Page or email halswimbiz@gmail.com.

I’m between sizes — what should I do?

If you’re between sizes, we typically recommend sizing up for comfort, especially if you’re ordering a style with less stretch or more structure. For adjustable designs (like tie-back tops or ruched bottoms), you can size down if you prefer a snugger fit.

How does your swimwear fit?

Our designs are intended to sculpt and flatter. Most styles offer moderate coverage with a tailored feel — think sleek, supportive, and elegant. If a style runs particularly small or large, we’ll note it on the product page.

Is your sizing standard?

Our sizing follows Filipino standard sizing but may vary slightly depending on fabric and cut. We always recommend checking the size guide for each product, as different styles may fit differently.

Can I return or exchange if the size doesn’t work?
